The Building Systems Councils (BSC) of the National Association of Home
Builders honored more than 20 industry leaders—representing concrete, log,
modular, and panelized building systems—at their annual BSC Excellence in
Marketing and Home Design awards program this month. Epoch won this year’s award
for a beautiful shingle style ten module home built in Westport, CT.
John Ela,
Epoch CEO stated, “Epoch has always been the leader in pushing the design
envelope. We have been very successful in discerning markets like Fairfield
County, CT, where we built the largest modular home ever built, a 16,000 sq. ft.
mansion in Greenwich CT.“ He added that “Epoch appeals to the knowledgeable
consumer because of our design capabilities, fast build time, high quality, and
cost savings”. Ela said that Epoch is also focusing on “Green Building” to
preserve our natural resources and reduce the impact of housing on the
environment. “It is a real honor to be recognized for our design efforts in this
competitive category three years in a row” he said.

by the NAHB Building Systems Councils, the BSC Excellence in Marketing and Home
Design Awards has promoted excellence in the systems-built housing industry for
more than ten years. The winners were announced at an awards luncheon in Marco
